Rape Client charged with Rape in Cobb County. Our office conducted a major investigation including interviewing the alleged victim several times. Child Molestation Client charged with Child Molestation in that he touched his grandchildren in an inappropriate manner including touching his two young daughters thirty years ago. Our office investigated this case for months including interviewing witnesses and obtaining affidavits. The Child Molestation charges were dropped resulting in a plea to a misdemeanor battery.
